Child Safety Standards for the Jusoor® app

Jusoor Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: September 28, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 28, 2026

These Child Safety Standards apply to Jusoor, the mobile application published on Google Play by KC Arab Community (Android package com.kcarabcommunity.app). Jusoor is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all members of the Jusoor community. These standards describe what is prohibited, how to report a child-safety concern, and how Jusoor handles such reports.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Jusoor strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any content, activity, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. There is no exception to this rule, regardless of consent claimed, age of the participants, or intent.

Jusoor does not allow:

These standards apply to all users, content, communications, profiles, and activities associated with Jusoor, including content shared through Jusoor's community, forum, marketplace, jobs, events, business, reviews, and messaging features.

2. Reporting a Child-Safety Concern

Anyone who becomes aware of suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation of a child, or any other serious child-safety concern involving Jusoor should report it immediately. You do not need to be certain before reporting — suspected violations should be reported, and Jusoor will assess them.

2.1 Designated child-safety contact

Jusoor Child Safety Team (designated child-safety contact)
Email: gis1948@gmail.com
Please use the subject line: "Jusoor Child Safety Concern".

This is the designated contact for all child-safety matters, including suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or any other threat to the safety of children. Reports sent to this address are treated as child-safety reports and follow the handling procedure in Section 3.

2.2 What to include in a report

Please provide as much relevant information as you can, including:

Important — do not redistribute suspected CSAM. If your report concerns suspected CSAM, do not download, save, forward, share, or re-post the material, and do not send it to anyone else. Where possible, provide only identifying information (such as a username, profile link, or content ID) that lets the Jusoor Child Safety Team locate the reported material themselves.

2.3 Reporting to the relevant authority

In addition to reporting to Jusoor, anyone who has concerns about a child — including concerns not involving Jusoor at all — should report those concerns to the appropriate child-protection authority in their jurisdiction. This includes contacting law enforcement or a national child-protection hotline where appropriate.

If you are in the United States, you can report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). NCMEC operates the CyberTipline, which accepts reports of suspected child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation from the public:

Users outside the United States should report to the child-protection authority, national hotline, or law-enforcement agency in their own country, in addition to (or instead of) reporting to Jusoor. Jusoor also reports or cooperates in reporting to NCMEC and to other relevant national authorities where applicable law requires it or where it is otherwise appropriate.

3. How Jusoor Handles Child-Safety Reports

When the Jusoor Child Safety Team receives a report, it is handled as follows:

  1. Acknowledgement. Reports are reviewed by the Child Safety Team. Where contact information is available, the reporter is acknowledged.
  2. Triage and risk assessment. The report is assessed for severity and for whether it involves CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or another child-safety violation. Reports indicating an immediate risk to a child's safety are treated as urgent and prioritized.
  3. Preservation of relevant evidence. Where appropriate and legally permitted, relevant content, accounts, and records are preserved so the concern can be properly investigated and so that any required reporting can be supported.
  4. Immediate action. Where a violation is apparent, Jusoor may remove the prohibited content and restrict or suspend the involved account(s) promptly, without waiting for the reporting process to conclude.
  5. Investigation. Jusoor reviews the content, account history, and relevant context to determine what occurred.
  6. Reporting to authorities. Where Jusoor becomes aware of suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation, Jusoor reports it to NCMEC (U.S.) or to the relevant national authority, and may cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations, in accordance with applicable law.
  7. Outcome. Jusoor determines the appropriate enforcement action under Section 4 and, where required or appropriate, informs the reporter of the outcome.

Jusoor may withhold confirmation or details where doing so would compromise a child-safety investigation, a user’s privacy, or legal obligations.

4. Enforcement Actions

Jusoor may take appropriate action when it identifies or receives a report of activity that violates these Child Safety Standards. Jusoor does not require a formal warning before acting, and violations may result in immediate action.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, actions may include:

Child sexual abuse and exploitation violations are not eligible for reinstatement except where required by law, and repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal of the account and retention of only the limited records permitted by Section 5.

Jusoor may cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child-protection organizations in accordance with applicable law. Where reporting to authorities is legally required, Jusoor’s commitment to user privacy does not prevent it.

5. Data Retention for Child-Safety and Abuse Records

Where Jusoor preserves information in connection with a child-safety report, it does so only for the limited purposes of protecting children, investigating the reported conduct, enforcing these standards, and meeting legal obligations. Such records are retained in a restricted form, are not used to provide Jusoor’s features to the person reported, and are deleted when the applicable legal requirement or legitimate purpose ends.

6. Compliance with Applicable Child-Safety Laws

Jusoor complies with applicable child-safety and child-protection laws, including mandatory-reporting obligations that apply to it, and cooperates with law enforcement and child-protection authorities as required by law. Where a legal obligation requires Jusoor to preserve or disclose information connected to a child-safety matter, Jusoor will do so.

These Child Safety Standards are part of the rules governing use of Jusoor. Using Jusoor means agreeing to these standards. Jusoor may update these standards when necessary to address changes in applicable law, Google Play policy or platform requirements, or child-safety practices.
